Going to kill someone...

I'm sick. I have a cold. My head is pounding because my sinuses hurt so bad. I just want to lay in bed and relax.

My neighbors... eh... Not so much.

I don't like my neighbors. I haven't liked them since they moved in. Nothing racial, trust me, but there's a huge barrier in cultural differences. Their Mexican, that's obvious from the blaring music that's currently busting through my wall and vibrating my chair. Oh by the way, I can make out the lyrics too.

First, they have a baby boy about a year old now. With a set of lungs that would impress 99% of any rock musicians. I can hear the kid when I'm in bed at night.

Second, the upkeep of their lawn is horrendous. The mow the lawn so short it's almost dirt in the summer, because he's too lazy to mow every week. The weeds are absolutely disgusting. It's like living next to an empty lot.

Third, they keep the music up so loud on the weekends I have trouble sleeping and I have to turn my TV up ridiculously loud.

Fourth, they have people over at the most god awful hours, and they are LOUD.

Fifth, (my god there's a fifth...) Mr. Romeo next door thinks the best way to call his Juliet is to HONK SONGS AT 1AM FROM HIS TRUCK IN THE DRIVEWAY!

Normally I'd let all this slide. But since I'm sick, my temper is short, and I'm seriously considering calling the police for noise disturbance.

Does anyone know is killing him would be a justifiable homicide?

Sadly, my dear Lily, it's not justifiable. have you considered a nice new pair of earplugs? Or perhaps just throw some gasoline on their house and light the pace on fire.
