My baby is home! My baby is home! Oh, I am so glad she's back! The surgery went great! The nurses were loving Jack to death!
Since Jack never learned to retracted her claws, we had alot of problems with them.
I hadn't cut back her claws in about, oh... a few weeks, which isn't that long really. And after Mom made the appointment for Jack I decided I would trim them. Well one of Lil' Bit's claws had dig into her paw! I was terrified! But the vet got it out and her paw is healing up just fine! Her paw will be sore for a while but after about ten days she should be back to her old self; save sticking to the carpet and the funiture! LOL!
Yesterday Mom and I planted flowers! We planted purple (they're called blue but they look purple) petunias in the front flower bed underneath the willow tree. We bought two large old rum half-barrels, and planted elephant ears in one and tomatoes peppers and herbs in the other. On the deck baskets we planted red geraniums, and bridle showers. We were two short on geraniums so we'll have to finish today. And to the side of the deck we planted all kinds of marigolds. Our house looks so nice! Oh and we filled the hanging baskets up front with red, white, and pink geraniums!
I think we're going to be moving too! Our landlady is such a psycho! She is sooo crazy! And I am not joking! But my dad, he knows the owner of one our suppliers, and he has a house for sale. He's asking $250, 000 which is normal for MN. But when his contract with the real estate agency runs out, he'll be willing to do contract for deed! Isn't that great?! We'll finally have our own home here!
Anywho! Hope you all have a great day!
