I know you're reading the title and saying, "Wait a minute... (quickly looking at calander)...I knew it! Easter is this Sunday not last Sunday!" But I am talking about this Sunday.

I have a problem. I have to go to my Grandma's for Easter dinner. Now I love my Grandma very much. But... well spending the day with her especially after our, shall we say, exuberant last visit, I'm not exactly looking forward to this.

Mom's making a salad and I want to make a lemon pie. I was thinking custard and Mom was thinking chiffon. Any suggestions? I'm open for recipies. Note: I want to dazzle my family. They've never tasted my cooking which is a shame because I am a fabulous cook... when I've got a good recipe. (You can't tell I'm...uh...proud can you? Lol!) Anyway, any help is very, very, very, very much appreciated.

Well, what has happened today? I spent hours last night helping Mom and Dad with paperwork. I love doing paperwork. I know, I'm a strange little girl. Yes, I am. But I love business. I'm a freak about it. Very very detail oriented, too. Anyway, I worked on that till about 11:00 pm. Then I went home feeling happy and tired.

I've been looking at the pen pals listed on AOL. I was wondering if anyone reading this has talk to anyone on there or not, and if they think it is an okay idea as long as you check into the person first? Opinions welcomed. Well, I gotta run. : )
